Band Day 2023
All of our 6th-12th band students, plus the 5th graders from Peake, gathered at the Badger stadium for dancing, stand tunes, and a special viewing of this years marching show: Her Majesty!

Princess Tea Party
The Arkadelphia Band hosted their first Princess Tea Party, and it was a fairytale come to life! The little princesses were transformed into royalty with glittering tiaras, sparkling gowns, and makeup fit for a queen. The smiles on their faces as they gazed into the mirror were simply priceless!
Congratulations to the Arkadelphia Junior ROTC Program for being named the Non-Profit Organization of the Year at the Annual Arkadelphia Alliance and Area Chamber of Commerce Banquet. JROTC puts in an incredible amount of time and effort to benefit our community. We are so proud of them!
AHS Advanced Child Care Management students along with Badger Cheer, Dazzlers, and Football assisted with Trunk or Treat at the CADC HeadStart.
On Friday, October 27th the Arkadelphia chapters of FBLA held a Breast Cancer Survivor Luncheon for local survivors within our community. The day was filled with lots of love, laughter, and goodies!

Students in Mrs. Lyndi Greenwich's class today escaped from the haunted house by solving Algebra 1 problems. For each problem solved correctly students were able to draw to see if they got a trick or a treat. They enjoyed working hard for candy and also getting some fun “tricks” along the way.
We had a great turnout for the Financial Aid Night this past Tuesday night. Parents and students were provided with information on the Arkadelphia Promise, State Scholarships, and FAFSA. With all of the changes coming to the FAFSA we participated in a virtual Financial Aid Night with ASLA (Arkansas Student Loan Authority) and a representative from ADHE.
Members of FCCLA and FBLA chapters had the opportunity to attend the 6th Annual CTSO Day at the Fair. During the event our students were able to hear from the all of the Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) state officers. Students also learned about the preparation that goes into planning the largest event in the state! Dr. Tyler Tarver was the dynamic keynote speaker. The program ended in a team building activity. After the program our students were able to able to explore the state fairgrounds.
Members and advisers attended the District IV Fall Leadership Conference in Hope. We had a great time being entertained by Magician Maxwell Blade, inducting our new members and officers, and learning about all District IV has in store for the year. We represented with 70 members in attendance. The largest group out of the 38 schools registered!

The AHS Football, Cheer, & Dance teams along with the Badger Pride Marching Band hosted a community wide pep rally on Thursday 11/2. It included the introduction of the 2023 Homecoming Court and performances from the Cheer and Dance teams.
Thank you Southern Bancorp for sponsoring the Arkadelphia High School Student Grab the Leopards by the TAIL-GATE Party! Great food and fun with a DJ, tailgate t-shirts, and game ticket giveaways. Thanks to Ashley Wesley, HC Coordinator, and the AHS Administration for planning this fun time for our students!
Homecoming maids rode through a mini parade at AHS and Goza to help include both campuses in the Homecoming celebrations and foster school spirit across the district.
