Need dinner plans next Tuesday? Eat at Dairy Queen to support Peake Elementary Student Council. A portion of your purchase will go to help them raise money!
On Friday, October 27 @ 5:30 P.M., come to Peake to watch as 4th and 5th grade GT students present their inventions “Shark Tank” style to the parents and guest that attend. After the presentations, you can make a donation to your favorite invention. All donations will be given to the American Cancer Society through Soldiers of Service. The inventor to receive the most donations will receive an award. Awards will also be given for top invention ideas.
Peake students completed a STEM project in the library. They read "Creepy Carrots" by Aaron Reynolds, and then they used teamwork and communication skills to build a fence to keep the carrots from escaping!
Students from Ms. MaGee's and Ms. Taylor's classes dressed their best for Red Ribbon Week!
