Chess Tournament

Mrs. Cotton took some 5th grade GT students to Dawson for a chess tournament. We are so proud of their hard work. Way to go!

Ms. Phillips enriched our students by telling Native American folk tales. While she was here, she visited the library, Ms. Hesse's class, and Mrs. Ferguson's class. The students enjoyed listening to all of the different stories and learning about the Native American culture.

Capturing Kids' Hearts- November

The word for this month was TEAMWORK. Some of our math classes showed this trait by working together to solve math problems.

Also, each week, Ms. Snowden launches the school with inspirational words that are displayed throughout the week for students to see daily.
