Staff members gathered on August 7th for a fantastic back-to-school PD day. Topics presented by Ms. Snowden were refresher trainings in Capturing Kids Hearts and the Arkansas Code of Ethics; Professional Learning Communities information and expectations; and Spring 2023 test data. Special Education Director, Mrs. Judy Talley, also presented to staff a session on SPED Law.

Open House 2023
Our Open House was held on August 10, 2023. Peake faculty and staff were able to meet our students and families. The kiddos were equally excited to see old friends and new classrooms. We had a great turnout and looked forward to beginning a new adventure in the 2023-24 school year!
Solution Tree's PLC System Of Support
Our PLC Coach, Shawn Creswell, spent two days in August on our campus. These two days were the first of twelve. As at team, including our instructional facilitator, we observed grade level collaborative team meetings and received valuable feedback. Mrs. Creswell also presented a mini PD session on the foundations of a PLC.
